I can't find discriminate the domains directly using PentestSuite.

PentestSuite is Socket-oriented, so you will not be able to directly see the domain like Burp. But you can directly search the domain you need to test in the search blank, this will help you find the requests and IPs. 

Can PentestSuite be used to intercept any Android apps?

Not exactly, PentestSuite can be used to intercept any Android apps that is configured to used the proxy server specified in PentestSuite. Since the app or any other third-party software can be configured to not use the user specified proxy or not trust the certificate. In these cases, you will have to use reverse engineering technique to bypass these block methods.

I found PenestSuite breaks down after sometime.

Make sure you have turned off the battery optimization of PentestSuite in the Android system setup

Can't found Subdomain finder, vulnerabilities scan for local and Remote Hosts. 

I am currently working on it. These features will be implemented in the following months. 

What's the meaning of the messages displayed in message list?

I have the option of resend, details, highlight, but forward option was not there, how did this works?

Only when u use tamper on the fly feature u will see that option

Can I use internal browser in Community version?

Yes, since PentestSuite 3 you can. But PentestSuite 2.x and 1.x can't provide that.
